2. Purpose and General Conditions of Access
Access and/or use of the IAdicto Digital portal confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or reading, these General Conditions of Use. These conditions shall apply regardless of any Particular Conditions that may be mandatory in each case.
Access to this portal is completely free, open and without the need for registration or the creation of user accounts. The content is offered for informative, educational and artistic purposes.
3. Intellectual and Industrial Property
The owner, whether as owner or as assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights of his website, as well as of the elements contained therein (including but not limited to: PHP source code, CSS, JavaScript, article texts, literary stories, technical essays, narrative fiction pieces, the Dark Obsidian Glass interface design, color combinations, logos and graphic identity of the IAdicto Digital portal).
Reservation of Literary and Artistic Rights: All fiction stories, personal essays and narrative works signed by Miguel A.L.M. (Miguel Ángel López Morillo) are protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Law. Total or partial reproduction for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from the author is expressly prohibited.
4. Exemption from Warranties and Liability
The owner of IAdicto Digital shall not be liable, in any case, for damages of any nature that may be caused, by way of example: errors or omissions in technical or code content, lack of availability of the portal for technical reasons beyond the server, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the contents, despite having adopted all necessary defensive technological measures.
Code examples, software architectures, AI model configurations and laboratory lessons are published under the Build in Public principle for community learning and do not constitute binding professional or commercial advice.
5. Modifications to the Legal Notice
The owner reserves the right to make without prior notice the modifications he deems appropriate in his portal, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it, as well as the way in which they appear presented or located on his portal.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between the owner and IAdicto Digital and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish law, and any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts and tribunals of the Spanish territory.
