Health, Energy & Open Dialogue in Reflections

I live with a chronic health condition that limits my daily physical energy. I have chosen to invest every ounce of that energy where it truly matters: writing and giving life to the publications of IAdicto Digital. To protect myself from burnout and stay focused, public comments are enabled exclusively in my Reflections section—an intimate, relaxed space to talk person-to-person. For the rest of the site, conversation is centralized via email. If you write to me, rest assured I will read and reply to you personally with the care and calm you deserve.
