1. The Third Space: Editorial Transparency Statement with AI

In compliance with the transparency principle of the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (EU AI Act), this portal declares without ambiguity the authorship of every content published here, always signed and owned by a single author:

Miguel A.L.M. — Miguel Ángel López Morillo is the director, designer and final responsible for the architecture, the editorial criteria and the review of every published text.

Every content belongs to one of three authorship levels, clearly labeled across the site:

Level 1 — 100% Human Authorship: The literary works and stories, written entirely by the author, without any AI generation.
Level 2 — Author Article (Synthra): Analysis and essays conceived, structured and signed by the author, with technical assistance from the Synthra suite.
Level 3 — AI-Generated Magazine: Magazines whose final text is produced by virtual reporters (AI) under the editorial direction, prompt design and strict review of the author.

The Third Space is the name of this working method: a multi-agent orchestration laboratory where human judgment directs and artificial agents execute, with adversarial review and bidirectional validation.

Zero Blind Automation: There is no unattended publishing nor mass generation without a human judgment filter.
Anti-Hallucination Filter: Technical data and benchmarks are cross-checked against real code and repositories.
Fiction and Author’s Literary Works: Literary works and fiction stories are creations protected by the Intellectual Property Law.

2. Use of Publications and Articles

The contents of the website are offered under the following usage guidelines:

Free personal reading: You may freely read, study and consult the contents for your individual enjoyment or technical learning.
No commercial repackaging: Selling, direct monetization or inclusion in paid packages of any publication or story without written authorization is prohibited.
No Abusive Scraping: Automated scraping that degrades server performance or seeks to republish content in synthetic content farms is not authorized.

3. Code Examples and Snippets

The code fragments, snippets and architectures shared on the blog are purely educational. Although I test them thoroughly in my development environment, the reader assumes responsibility for adapting and implementing them in their own projects.
